Recall and Reminders

Some GP's use a computerised recall/reminder system including state and tertiary reminder systems for the following:

• 1. Immunisations (childhood, seasonal, elderly)

  2. Pap smears and women’s health checks

  3. Diabetes Annual Review

  4. Asthma  Annual Review

  5. Results Follow up

  6. Chronic Disease Management Care Plans

  7. Health assessments for the following groups of people:

• • • Refugees

    • 45-49 years old

    • Over 75 years old

    • Indigenous
