Please contact your preferred practitioner to make an appointment or for general inquiries, their administrative personnel or reception on duty will assist you the best he/she can. 

Alternatively you may leave a short message for a specific health professional, provide your contact details and the receptionist on duty will ensure your message is relayed to the specific health professional and provide you with their response accordingly.


Electronic Communication:

Please contact the indvidual practitioner administrative personel for their preferred communication method.

GP Correspondence  may be  received  by the facilities' dedicated E-fax number 03 9943 4199 .   

GP referrals are securely sent electronically via HealthLinks (site sunultcc)  contact 1800 125 036. 

E-mail is  are usually not am acceptable method for health communication. Majoirty of health professionals do not consult or communicate via  e-mail due to information privacy and security risks.  All consultations with a health practitioner must be done either face-to-face or via telephone/videocall.  

 Wherever possible health practitioners prefer information and documentation to be sent and received in person, via mail or fax, but do make exception in certain circumstances.  Please note confidential information sent electronically via unencrypted e-mail carry risks of interception, malware and potential privacy breach.  

Administrative personel may  send SMS text to your mobile phone number  for appointments and health review reminders. Please inform administrative personel if you do not wish to receive mobile SMS text reminders. 

The majoirty of health professionals at the facility do not engage with patients using social media and respectfully decline offers for publicity whether in print or online.
