URGENT CARE:  If you require urgent (but non-life threatening) care you can contact the local PPCC (Priority Primary Care Center) at Sunshine City Medical Center on Ballarat Rd open 7 days a week (03) 8539 2772

FEES & CHARGES: Please note starting from 1st of JULY 2022 all doctor/GP consultations will incur private fees.

Bulk Billing is available for Children under 16 years old, pension card and concession card holders and Veteran Affairs only at certain times of the day which can vary between different health practitioners.

 A Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Fee of $40 will apply for non-attendances or short notice cancellations. 

New Patient bookings will require a  $65 non-refundable deposit at the time of appointment making and the balance of $65 to paid on the day of service.  

If you have not  visited a health professional at this clinic for more than two years then your file will be inactivated and you will be  charged a returning consultation fee of $130 for re-activation of your record. 

Medical record transfers to third parties will also incur fees for administration time and stationery. Please enquire reception regarding costs and procedures for medical records transfers and requests.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit or EFTPOS.

The Medicare rebate can be claimed directly for you and is paid directly into your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours.

REQUEST FOR MEDICAL INFORMATION:  Please enquire reception regarding costs and procedures for medical records transfer requests, you will be required to complete a consent form, wait for GP approval and make payment of invoices (and allow ~14 working days for completion);  the alternative is to  request your treating doctor to upload your records onto MyGov E-Health Records, this will require an appointment booking time .
